Cattlemen's Beef Board - The Cattlemen's Beef Promotion And Research Board, usually referred to as the Cattlemen's Beef Board or CBB, consists of 104 members, including domestic beef, dairy and veal producers, as well as importers of beef and beef products. - a new source of information about the national $1 beef checkoff. All producers now have an opportunity to get to know their checkoff by subscribing to a monthly newsletter by simply typing in their e-mail address (bottom, left menu) and selecting beef or dairy editions.
